How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your lamp ships.
Are the lamps dimmable?
Yes — our portable lamps feature stepless touch dimming, so you can set the perfect glow from a soft candle-like warmth to full brightness.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge lasts up to 12–20 hours depending on brightness, and recharges over USB-C in around 4 hours.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If your lamp isn't right for your space, contact us at info@vossholm.com and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
Do the lamps come with a warranty?
